We do offer limited appointments for the completion of the Dealer’s
Record of Sale (DROS) applications and Firearm Pick-Up as a convenience for our
customers.

Due to the time consuming purchasing process in CA, customers can often experience lengthy wait-times for DROS submission. You can avoid long wait-times by making an appointment to come in to submit the application.
